Some cards I didn't see on your list that you might want to look into:

(pairs well with any draw card effect, even being the Monarch and cards like )

Any of the vows, i.e.

Good luck with the deck!

is more or less a colorshifted , might add that as well. You also missed , the on a stick. And this might be too oldschool to still be cool, but I've kept people from attacking me with a since way back when I still had hair.

Thanks for these. Sounds like I should definitely add an "attack someone else" section (the carrot to the stick, more or less) to which , , and Goad cards will be added, among others..

specifies other than it's owner, so hexproof isn't necessary.

It's pricey but I've found a few mana open and a on the board stops a lot of attacks from coming my way.

is another card that damages attackers. Also blockers!

I think it's important to note that and stop all attacks from nonflying creatures, not just attacks against you. So it tends to grind the game to a halt and make people hate you who might otherwise have been ok with the idea of not attacking you.

Do you feel a would deter attacks? Or is the likely prevalence of ETB abilities make this more into an attraction to be attacked instead of a deterrent?

I feel it would be considered a deterrent. Honestly a lot of these things are subjective; Suicide Black would *love* to attack into Powerstone Minefield and Dredge would *love* to attack into a Riddlekeeper. For some sanity in listing this stuff we gotta assume we're playing an opponent who hasn't turned the tables on us. :P But then, in deckbuilding, we can wisely choose whether or not to use some of these things.

I mean, I'd love to run my Eternal Witness into Wall of Tears; but there's no way to guarantee you'll block with it, or that it's the only blocker you have.
