Bushwhacker won't do much good unless you're casting a bunch of goblins in one turn. You could safely cut him. The goblin lords are better for games like EDH where there are large life-totals, and multiple opponents.

I prefer over , as you can use tokens or creatures you've already played if your hand is empty.

I've never been a fan of the style cards. They're too small when they're alone, and when you've got a lot of creatures on the battlefield, then they don't matter enough. Having six 1/1's isn't all that much different than having five 1/1's and a 6/6, because he'll just get chump blocked anyway. Once in a while the difference will matter (, ), but frequently it won't, and if your metagame is heavy on removal then you'll find that your Reckless One is a 1/1 or a 2/2 more often than you'd like, and you'll wish you were drawing something more relevant.

I just trampled all over a table using - except for the Wort player, because they had no cards in hand and no draw to help them get through the deck.

- mana rocks (the CIPT ones aren't that useful)

Given the low average CMC of goblins it should be pretty easy to draw a bunch and drop them onto the field. The problem is how you refill your hand afterwards. If you like, swap Promise of Power for Vicious Shadows - it punishes other players whenever your goblins hit the bin (which they will, a lot).
