I'm still a little Sharpie-high from all the alters I've done over the last couple of days, but a whole stack of BKM originals are on their way out of town as we squeak. Some of them (depending on how much the recipient likes movie and game references) aren't even completely awful!

I'll have to pick up the ol' Sharpie again in a day or two, once Genomancer is done with the lands Tim is sending out.

Merry Grixmas!

I demand, a Maze of Ith, with a ban ki stache :P

You're getting swamps

Nope, just foil regulars signed by all 5 of the RC.

Ban, you should write on some of the forests "Too bad you can't tap this to cast Prime Time anymore."

Just sent out my Grixis package yesterday, and was cheerfully curious as to when my secrete santa would send theirs. So I come home from work today, only to find some awesome lentil soup being made, and then I found out that there had been a letter that had apparently been waiting for me on the table for the past couple days.

Gingerly I open it up only to find some of the coolest alters ever by Tim Proctor himself:
(Sorry in advance for the poor quality photo's)
A beautiful extension of the knights vs dragons O-Ring Image

A brilliant full art redo mock up of Del Parson's "Lost Lamb" with Zedruu as Jesus Image Image

An original of Tim's with fellware stone being a stone sigil of Zedruu, blocking an attempted phyrexian invasion Image

My favorite land gets an all sharpie extension with "You're welcome" on the bottom. Which I think was a great touch. Image

Another cool nod to a famous painting, this time Gustave Dore's "Paradise Lost" Image Image

And last but not least a foil Celestial Dawn. I once passed up on buying this foil and was wondering if I would ever see another foil version again. It was a great treat to open along with all the impressive alters Image

Thanks so much for the time and effort you put in Tim! The water damage you speak of is a non-issue since the cards will always be in a sleeve anyway :D Also congrats on your newborn!

Sweet cards! I am insanely jealous. My Zedruu deck is painfully jealous.

I'm dying to find out when my package is received by my secret gift receiver.

I am so very glad that you like them, the ones that didn't come out of the spilled water was the Illusions of Grandeur and Delusions of Mediocrity, after the new year I'm gonna see if they reset after being under pressure for a month and flattened out and if so then I'll send them to you also.

And to everyone who is saying thank you for me setting this thing up, you are welcome it was totally a blast to do. To everyone with the well wishes on the new born, thank you.

Those are amazing! (I discovered thanks to this thread that my recent altered Saffi Eriksdotter purchase off eBay was also by Tim ... when my husband asked why I'd sent two Paypal payments to the same address, and I looked it up. Saffi is awesome and I'm thrilled I bought her.)

Posts like that are what made we want to do something like this. I'm actually thinking that since this one was such a success we should do more fun game type things for other holidays. I'm sure there is a way to do a Saint Patties day thing.

I think you'll be happy with what you get, I know who got you and their response was 'LOL' as they shuffled over 10 Crystal Balls and bought extra markers.

Awesome both those cards are lots of fun!
Anyone else having fun just logging in and seeing what was sent through the Grixmas exchange? I hope mine are received well, no Ulamog's or professionally altered cards in mine.

Yeah now that people are starting to receive them it's cool to see what people have given away :) I'm hoping my guy enjoys what I sent him - it fits what he said he wanted but with a little twist to it ;)
