So this is my first EDH deck, it is designed to kill people using ebony owl netsuke. At the moment my general is Phelddagrif, who makes for a good politician seeing as purple he and other purple hippos with green wings are not as threatening as dragons or zombies.

Awesome Hippo-Sauce

Bazaar of Baghdad
Boseiju, Who Shelters All
Kor Haven
Vitu-Ghazi, The City Tree
Riftstone Portal
Krosan Verge
Flood Plain
Flooded Strand
Windswept Heath
Eiganjo Castle
Minamo, School at Water's Edge
Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers
Lonely Sandbar
Remote Isle
Secluded Steppe
Drifting Meadow
Tranquil Thicket
Slippery Karst
Temple Garden
Selesnya Sanctuary
Elfhame Palace
Tropical Island
Breeding Pool
Simic Growth Chamber
Yavimaya Coast
Hallowed Fountain
Azorius Chancery
Coastal Tower
Adakar Wastes
Treva's Ruins

Gilded Drake
Sunscape Familiar
Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary
Viridian Shaman
Sunscape Battlemage
Eternal Witness
Kira, Great Glass-Spinner
Academy Rector
Tradewind Rider
Grand Arbiter Augustin IV
Spike Weaver
Mystic Snake
Questing Phelddagrif
Indrik Stomphowler
Seedborn Muse
Bringer of the Blue Dawn

Limited Resources
Survival of the Fittest
Sylvan Library
Sterling Grove
Solitary Confinement
Aura of Silence
Mirari's Wake
Priviledges Position
Future Sight

Sensei's Divining Top
Ebony Owl Netsuke
Howling Mine
Null Rod
Oblivion Stone
Vedalken Orrery
Mind's Eye

Life From the Loam
Nostalgic Dreams
Wrath of God
All Suns' Dawn
Akroma's Vengeance
Kitar's Wrath

Enlightened Tutor
Mystical Tutor
Swords to Plowshares
Echoing Truth
Eladmri's Call
Muddle the Mixture
Dismatling Blow
Gifts Ungiven

So basically the goal is to get out Limited Resources and Ebony-Owl Netsuke and kill people. The deck is packed with engines that are designed to progressively set each other up in no particular order until contol of all things mana is accomplished.

Priviliged Position and Sterling Grove serves as a nice way to protect Tradewind Rider/Seedborn Muse. Life From the Loam and the six cycling lands, combined with Bazaar of Baghdad make graveyard recursion very, very important to this deck. Eternal Witness, Notalgic Dreams, Restock, Replenish and All Suns' Dawn are always all stars since they set up the "lock".

I used to have artifacts other than Sensei's Divining Top and Oblivion Stone that had activation costs, but since I found myself going for Null Rod often I decided that two artifacts with activation costs was more than I wanted.

I also want to add In the Eye of Chaos, because it is super cool, and contributes to the "enchantment stax" idea that the deck is flirting with, while trying to be more than just a pile of synergy (hence Sensei's Divining Top , Oblivion Stone and Null Rod, oh and Akroma's Vengeance), I was also thinking about smoke stack, or Umbilicus as well... Also it seems like more removal would be good too.

Orhan Viper and Hybernation's End seem like they would be fun to play with as well.

let me know what you guys think.

I voted for the viper - you can never have too many Ophidian effects in multi-player.

My Generals: Razia Boros Archangel; Sliver Queen

If you've devoted a large part of your deck to recursion Adakar Valkyrie seems a natural fit.. Plus, it's a little more stompy than some of the choices already in the deck.
