^ Ravnica, of course. The original block had 3 books but by the time RTR was released they stopped books pretty much. Though, there were 3 novellas for the Dragon's Maze arc.
During the time period of Ravnica/Guildpact/Dissension Niv-Mizzet was the only known dragon, but it was, i believe, rumored that he had dormant dragon eggs or was seeking them, but along the way it was revealed that some offpsring had come about in Utvara. One was eaten by the Nephilim, but the card depicts the re-emergence of dragons from Utvara.

Yea? I can see that. Scourge of the Throne is also quite good, as well Dragonlord Dromoka and Dragonlord Silumgar.
