I'm trying to put together a hand size / draw matters deck. I'm going with Damia for the commander and I have a good selection of creatures but I'm not sure where to go for other cards/best draw stuff. Blue's never really been my color so some help would be nice

Here are the creatures I have so far. There's a */* theme too

Cards in Hand Matters:
Aeon Chronicler
Maro
Masumaro, First to Live
Multani, Maro-Sorcerer
Overbeing of Myth
Psychosis Crawler
Soramaro, First to Dream
Sturmgeist
Sylvan Yeti
Exile into Darkness (goofy I know)
Jushi Apprentice
Magus of the Library
Kagemaro, first to suffer
Promise of Power

Other */* creatures and some utility
Allosaurus Rider
Ancient Ooze
Beast of Burden
Consuming Aberration
Damia, Sage of Stone
Ixidron
Kalonian Twingrove
Lhurgoyf
Living Lore
Lord of Extinction
Molimo, Maro-Sorcerer
Sewer Nemesis
Siege Behemoth - gets these big creatures through
Skyshroud War Beast

I'm going to add Reliquary Tower, Library of Leng, maybe even Spellbook

What are some of the better draw spells?
Am I missing some good "hand size matters" cards?

I think Promise of Power is probably the best "hand size matters" card in EDH, followed closely by Kagemaro. It's sort of blowing my mind that those aren't already in your list. (Especially since you got the other Maros...)

I also think this would be the first time even I have seen Exile into Darkness played in a constructed format. And I have played with and against some serious jank in my day. (Like, I currently have an EDH deck that contains Ember Shot.) EiD and its counterpart Death of Thousand Stings are both staples in Mental Magic though.

lol! Because I put Kagemaro, First to Stuffer in the list I copied into deckbox.

I'll fix that and add Promise of Power. That is a good one!

Exile into Darkness efficient? No. On theme? Yes! :)

Wow, if I looked Jank up in the MTG dictionary I think it'd have a link to Ember Shot :D

I think one that would frequently be overlooked is descent into madness. Which is just crazy in Damia.

some big (blue) card draw:

recurring insight
mind unbound
stroke of genius
blue sun's zenith
time spiral
consecrated sphinx

However, I'd also run notion thief, that's probably the best draw in EDH. Other good options are baleful strix, mulldrifter, and sphinx of uthuun, but more particularly if you're using recursion (or progenitor mimic).

But there's a ton of top-tier draw (in green) based on your guys power, which will generally be large:

greater good
disciple of bolas
garruk, primal hunter
hunter's insight
hunter's prowess
prime speaker zegana

Also you might want to go with some more power-matters stuff since your guys are so big:

berserk
xathrid demon / jarad, golgari lich lord
rite of consumption

Lastly, I think you want Kruphix, god of horizons.

Descent...now that's an interesting one. I may toss it in and depending on the groans take it out later. Great suggestion!

I've always been a fan of Recurring Insight. I'll add those and the other draws, except for Stinx. Don't need him.

Totally tossing in Notion Thief! Good call

Mull, FoF Sphinx and the Mimic are all going in as well.

Disciple, Hunter's Prowess, and Prime Speaker area all going in.

I'd add a Berserk if I had one. I may pick one up.
Xathrid...maaaaaybe. Jarad can go to hell.
Yes! LOVE Rite! definitely going in!

I think I want Kruphix in there too!

Diviner's Wand can be pretty good when you draw a ton of cards on your turn. Also auto-equips to Damia, which is nice. Chasm Skulker works pretty well if your opponents are playing any islands.

Also I've always wanted to put Psychic Possession into a deck, and I think this might be the perfect fit. If Damia is skipping your draw step anyway, hey, free cards.

If you want a REALLY big hand, I've been a fan of my Tunnel Vision targeting myself, naming Praetor's Counsel trick in my Intet deck.

Yes. Journal added and OMGYES, Ivory Tower! Old school! Going in.

Chasm Skulker is an in already. I'll post the deck list up soon.

Diviner's Wand is a great idea! Psychic Possession is a great one too! I'll definitely put it in.

Neat trick but no way could I do that. There's almost always a Stonecloaker in a hand with my group.

I've never tried a Damia deck, but one of the cards I've always wanted to see in one is Bottled Cloister. If you stack the upkeep triggers so that Damia's resolves first, you can draw 7 before you put all the other cards back and draw another one. In most decks it's a bit risky, but if it gets blown up Damia still gets you a new 7.

A couple I looked at for a Doran deck: Ensnaring Bridge and Noetic Scales.

Hmm, could add Meishin, the Mind Cage to that list. The problem is they hit my creatures too. How would I work around it?

I think Eureka is better in green decks (w/o blue and black). In blue and black, there's other combos that win you the game sort of more efficiently; you probably don't need/want to put 40 permanents into play off Eureka. You're trying to win with one of a few strong win-cons, not flood the table with a ton of stuff; also your deck has a lot of spells (non-permanents) in it. Eureka also isn't a control card; it's a chaos card. U/B wants to play control.

Also, from experience, I can tell you that people are sort of similarly interested in watching a guy with 30+ cards in hand resolve a Eureka as they are watching any other un-interactive combo. Although, IMO, Eureka is a pretty fun and awesome card.

My suggestion would be to play the deck and see if you need 1) additional win-cons, and 2) cards that dump your hand. Suggestions for #2 are : mind over matter, sickening dreams.
