I would like to build a deck with Riku at the helm, and play without the idea of actually winning.

My general purpose won't be to destroy gameplay for everyone else, but just augment it and keep everyone on their toes or play very group friendly cards that may convince people they want me around.

I will still play to win but not build to win. I will include big fat beefy creature package to ramp into and win games with. I will include a decent countermagic suite, but with the idea that i want to save them to prevent other people from comboing/board wipe rather to mitigate the growth of their board state.

Something i would really like to do is resolve two Warp Worlds after i have made plants with Avenger of Zendikar, and maybe hopefully hit it or my general again after the first resolution.

So, suggestions for strange things to do to delight/perplex others as much as i can? Ofc, particularly if i can copy/clone them.

In no particular order yet:

Eye of the Storm
Teferi's Puzzle Box
Forced Fruition
Confusion in the Ranks
Conjured Currency
Thieves' Auction
Bribery
Hive Mind
Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir
Heartwood Storyteller
Shared Fate
Tide of War
Mindmoil
Wild Evocation
Omen Machine
Gate to the Aether
Braids, Conjurer Adept
Tidespout Tyrant
Djinn Illuminatus
Kami of the Crescent Moon
Howling Mine
Font of Mythos
Arcane Laboratory
Platinum Angel
Reigns of Power
Gather Specimens
Telemin Performance
Insurrection
Greater Good
Upwelling
Rites of Flourishing
Zur's Weirding
Genesis Wave
Asceticism
Domineering Will
Order of Succession
Prosperity
Skyscribing

General Creatures:

Craterhoof Behemoth
Avenger of Zendikar
Hydra Omnivore
Giant Adephage
Worldspine Wurm
Zhur-Taa Ancient
Consecrated Sphinx
Deadeye Navigator
Surrak Dragonclaw
Ruric Thar, the Unbowed
Archetype of Endurance
Prime Speaker Zegana
Regal Force
Grave Sifter
Bogardan Hellkite

Commander cycles:
Tempt with Discovery
Tempt with Reflections
Collective Voyage
Intellectual Offering
Minds Aglow
Sylvan Offering

+ Clones, counterspells, ramp spells
+ Staples like Eternal Witness

Word of warning, I've done the Hive Mind + Warp World and players that don't like Warp World really don't like resolving more than one consecutively. Players that like Warp World still tend to not like resolving more than one consecutively. That said, if you want to resolve multiples, permanents that make tokens on ETB and permanents that bounce things are what the deck wants, so that each iteration means you will WW more permanents than everyone else.

If you want some low curve hug type things, consider:

Veteran Explorer
Noble Benefactor
Curses (hugs everyone but the current biggest threat at the table)
Fecundity
Rites of Flourishing
Brooding Saurian (if you aren't running a theft package)
Assault Suit to "share" a beater

Definitely do not think that most people would want to resolve more than one per game...

The usual answer is "the social contract", but I guess that is not what you are looking for. Try house rules.

With perfect mana, reasonable removal, disruption, and card advantage, we're back to pitchforks and torches. And it's about to get worse for those who do not enjoy the game as Richard Garfield intended, playing as few win conditions as possible and prompting concession after all hopes (and spells) are lost. - Shaheen Soorani

Assault Suit and Fecundity! Perfect. Flourishing as well. The others are so much more one shot, and while not bad, i want to avoid them.

People will not like resolving 4-5 warp worlds after the first couple times, but i do not really see that happening a lot. If it goes over well i would like to shoot for making sure i hit at least two with Riku in play. Not going to try to lock up the game, or i would play group hate effects like Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Knowledge Pool.
