I was just thinking about the Rings after I mentioned it in the other deck list thread, and I got excited. Here's a list of things from my Karn deck that it interacts with:
*s indicate combo rating, from * to ****

Arcbound Ravager *
Arcbound Reclaimer ***
Pentavus **
Triskelavus **
Triskelion *

Amber Prison ***
Erratic Portal **
Heartseeker ***
Icy Manipulator **
Memory Jar **
Mind Stone *
Mindslaver ****
Myr Matrix **
Nevinyrral's Disk 0
Oblivion Stone *
Planar Portal ***
Predator, Flagship ***
Serrated Arrows **
Serum Tank **
Skull Catapult **
Skyship Weatherlight ***
Snake Basket ****
That Which Was Taken **
Voltaic Key ***

Blasted Landscape *
Desert *
Deserted Temple **
Dust Bowl ***
Ghost Quarter **
Mikokoro, Center of the Sea **
Miren, the Moaning Well *
Mouth of Ronom *
Petrified Field **
Quicksand **
Rishadan Port **
Strip Mine ***
Tower of the Magistrate *
Urza's Factory **
Wasteland ***

There's one omission from this list that I wanted to save until the end, because it's so silly:
Magistrate's Scepter *****
With both artifacts in play, turn order goes as follows:
Me (+2 counters), you, me (+2), you, me (-3), me (+2), me(-3), me (+2), me (+2), you, me, me, me, me, me, you, etcetera.

So, 41/100 cards interact with the Rings, and that's excluding a few activated abilities that don't really count (Myr Incubator, Rocket Launcher, etc).
Now, that would be expected, noting how well known artifacts are for their activated abilities. So, here's a list of the star interactions from the other two decks that I've posted:

Arcanis, Memnarch, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Tradewind Rider, Cycling lands, Terminal Moraine, Thawing Glaciers, Yavimaya Hollow.

Adarkar Valkyrie, Arc-Slogger, Avatar of Woe, Eternal Dragon, Jaya, Visara, Weathered Wayfarer, Recurring Nightmare!, Fetchlands, Kor Haven, Sunhome.

Impressive lists, I think, especially for Oros. I'm going to pick up a few Rings at the prerelease, if I can.
What do you think? Will Brighthearth become the new Sol?

I think it's fantastic, myself. As you pointed out, there are tons of ways to abuse the card, one of which terrifies me: Recurring Nightmare. It's scary, but I'm also giddy at the chance to do it. Mindslaver would scare me, but we finally banned it because it's very much unfun and creates too many issues.

I think that this will be a universal inclusion into almost all EDH decks, like Sol Ring, because the depth of the card is just amazing. You'll find new uses for it every game.

And using it with Magistrate's Scepter is just mean.

I saw this spoiled at midnight, went to bed, and that night had a dream where I was in a game where a Silvos-General had me nearly dead from general damage, but I had this guy, Nevinryall's Disk and Darksteel Forge in play. Hence I was able to double blow the disk, getting past the regeneration on Silvos, keep my stuff in play, and wipe the board every turn. Unlikely, but like I said, it was a dream.
