If another creature would be put into a graveyard from play, remove it from the game with a corpse counter instead.
Put a card removed from the game with a corpse counter on it into its owner's graveyard: Void Maw gets +2/+2 until end of turn.

So the errata was a functional change (it allowed you to eat things other void maws voided); the addition of the linked abilities/replacement effects rule is much, much better.

I have a foil Voidmaw that, despite my best efforts, I can never seem to fit into a deck. It makes me sad.

Wow, that is a cool card. Note to self: buy a voidmaw.

I mentioned Offalsnout on page 6, when Gravegouger was brought up. Any chance it could find its way into traps? Or, at least, junk? Can there be a Horde of Notions honourable mention in your description for it?!

I think it's better than Junk. It's been in Outclassed for as long as I have had that category.

To get it to be reusable graveyard hate in combination with Horde of Notions, you need Horde and a sac outlet. Awfulsnout's graveyard removal is a leaves-the-battelfield ability.

What about that one angel from commander 2013, can we get an update?

Thanks for catching it.

I just added Angel of Finality and Containment Priest. Priest occupies an interesting role. It's a good Trap that also sticks around to act as a Deterrent. Unfortunately it only affects creatures, so it's less flexible than other forms of graveyard hate. Because it's so limited and there are already a good number of Traps in white, I decided to list it under the Deterrents category so that it could appear higher in its class.

The most amazing white card ever printed - and printed right before the second most amazing black card ever printed!

Agent of Erebos + Angel of Finality = AMAZING.

I'm thinking I should definitely add a spot for Angel of Jubilation; even though it doesn't mention graveyards specifically and is only a Deterrent, the number of typical infinite graveyard combos blocked by it (for example Saffi Eriksdotter + whatever or Ashnod's Altar + whatever) is way more than the number that it doesn't but which Ground Seal does (for example Nucklavee + Snap + Mana Geyser).

What do you think? Is this a slippery slope? If I add Jubilee, will it justify adding Hallowed Burial to the list as well? Should I add Hallowed Burial regardless?

You might just as well add Counterspell.

Agreed. This thread isn't about things that stop gy combos, it is just about things that deal with the gy in general.

OK, I'll leave Angel of Jubilation out, although you can't talk me out of including Containment Priest and Hallowed Moonlight.

I believe the list is updated through Magic Origins now, although the longer I wait between updates the more likely it is that I'll miss something. If you see anything listed twice, or in the wrong category, or that should be there but isn't, please let me know.

Surprisingly, the only graveyard hate was Grave Birthing, and it's awful.

I don't know if you can even call it gy hate. I think the exile from a gy part of it is purely a processor enabler.
