The RC can be so ambiguous some times. I wish they would just come out and tell us already.

I mean, this was so long ago and things have changes drastically since then.

That's not ban-worthy, that's the spirit of EDH. Three-card combo involving the combat phase? Awesome.

Is it okay if we revisit this in 2 years?

Yes. Mark the date: 1 June 2013. We'll once again consider the Moxen.

I'm surprised this thread made it to 13 pages!

I don't understand why anyone would want a bunch of $500 mana artifacts when you know, deep down inside, that my fracturing gust or molder slug (worth less then $3 total) are just going to make you cry.

Why would you want to cry???

Because some people actually have those cards and sit there looking at their binders thinking "why the hell did I pay €2500 for cards I can't play in any format that's any fun?".

I think they're already crying

I think thats the reason why there is so much power on the market right now. I mean would you rather have a Black Lotus or the equivalence in dual lands, Thoughtseizes, Confidants, Tarmogoyfs, Force of Wills, etc.? Heck, a couple moxes can buy a damn could EDH deck.

Or they have had them for 15 years and are happy as hell at the current value for a game they played in high school.

All I got out of this is that you have a phone whose battery can last a full year without a re-charge.

Pretty sweet!

I had a phone I hadn't used in roughly a year turn back on long enough to remind me it was my own birthday once. Best birthday gift ever.

No. Ivory Tower is good, but not broken.

Venser's Journal, on the other hand...

That thing combos with any big draw spell, breaking the game. And you don't want to know what it does to Necropotence. It's way to strong; it needs to go
