I have a question about the lands it destroys.

Suppose I am playing Titan. And I have Tundra(hallowed fountain), plains and island in play. Can I Sac tundra so as to keep the other 2 lands?
Also if a land has no basic type like academy ruins it is not affected by titan?

Is this correct?

Thank you

Sacrificing Tundra won't save your other two lands. But you can choose the tundra as both an island and a plains and let Titan destroy it.
Of course you would choose an opponent's lands if he/she had an island and/or plains.

And yes, Titan can't destroy lands without a basic land type (he can destroy Academy only if there's an Urborg, ToY or Blood Mood around)

It's even stronger: It does not target the lands (in terms of the rules), you just choose them. Titan can even destroy lands with shroud.
