Basically the idea is to control the board in the early game, then drop Ghost Council and a bunch of tokens, then see what happens from there. All the blink effects are there to make my guys hard to kill - the dream one day is to Ghostway my team, then Wrath on my turn and get all my guys back (with all their tasty tasty EtB triggers) EOT.

Butcher of Malakir, Grave Pact, Proper Burial, and Reassembling Skeleton would all work well with the counsel's creature saccing ability.

Butcher of Malakir - if I had a second copy - would go in, no question. I'll keep a look out for a copy.

Grave Pact is there (under "Killing All the Mans" since that's what it does)

Reassembling Skeleton
; is a nice enough idea, but I tend to have plenty of sac fodder and by itself it's awfully meh

Proper Burial
- I have *just* enough lifegain in this deck to stay under the radar; I usually gain 20ish life every game but no one seems to realise it. That's the reason why Beacon of Immortality isn't in here - gaining too much life, too reliably, just puts a big target on your head.
