So my goal for this deck was to build an inexpensive deck for casual play. I tried to keep the cards under $5 each, but I did spring for some cards I couldn't live without. I tried to keep the total deck cost under $100. I wanted to keep this deck fun and able to handle other decks with answers. I've seen quite a few Brion decks so far, but this is my take on it.

General: Brion Stoutarm

Artifact/Enchant Removal:
Viashino Heretic
Duergar Hedge-Mage
Kor Sanctifiers
Return to Dust
War Priest of Thune

Beats:
Taurean Mauler
Obsidian Fireheart
Adarkar Valkyrie
Hamletback Goliath
Akroma, Angel of Wrath
Akroma, Angel of Fury
It That Betrays
Stalking Vengeance
Aggravated Assault
Dragon Roost
Savage Beating
Flameblast Dragon
Knollspine Dragon

Board Sweep:
Starstorm
Comet Storm
Martial Coup
Balancing Act
Austere Command
Razia's Purification
Obliterate
Degree of Annihilation

Burn:
Heartless Hidetsugu
Vicious Shadows

Card Draw/Scry/Tutor:
Dreamstone Hedron
Mind's Eye
Crystal Ball
Planar Portal

Color Fixing:
Boros Signet
Darksteel Ingot

Creature Control:
Conquering Manticore
Grab the Reins
Word of Seizing
Evangelize
Insurrection

Creature Removal:
Intrepid Hero
Oblivion Ring
Prison Term
Faith's Fetters
Condemn

Equipment:
Lightning Greaves
Loxodon Warhammer

Fork/Redirect:
Reverberate
Reiterate
Wild Ricochet

Land Accel:
Journeyer's Kite
Weathered Wayfarer

Reanimation:
Karmic Guide
Miraculous Recovery
Breath of Life

Token Generator/Fling Target:
Phyrexian Processor

Tricks:
Stonecloaker
Aven Mindcensor
Galepowder Mage
Otherworldly Journey
Reverse the Sands

Land:
Plains x 19
Mountain x 18

Strategy: This deck's goal is to keep the board state under control and fling poo at other people with Brion.

Win: This deck has a ton of win conditions. Insurrection is the most fun one. If you can cast this, you should win. Another fun win is with Phyrexian Processor and Brion. Sac 20 life and through 20/20's all game. Mimic Vat with come into play abilities that can be flung by Brion is also fun. The other really ridiculous win is to get out It That Betrays and cast Razia's Purification. You get everyone's permanents. It rarely happens, but when it does, it's awesome.

Cost: This deck cost me $87. I did spring for both Akroma's and Adarkar Valkyrie, so the price was a little higher than my other decks.

Playtest: This deck wins quite a bit. It usually has answers for whatever they're doing. It tends to gain quite a bit of life and can wade through swarms until you get a board sweep. Recently I added in Knowledge Pool and Wild Evocation for the lol's.

I'd recommend Master Warcraft and Fight to the Death.

What about Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker instead of Aven Mindcensor? I know Mindcensor is LULZ-ier but Kiki combos well with Stoutarm.

Yeah I use Aven Mindcensor cause my play group loves tutoring and it's hilarious when you get them with it. Kiki-Jiki would be an awesome card, sadly it's $6.25 in shops around here so I didn't include it as it breaks my $5 limit.

Back when I had my Brion deck recursion was a big part of it so I could get more than one use out of my best fling targets. Cards like Nim Deathmantle, Cauldron of Souls, Sigil of the New Dawn and Marshal's Anthem.
