This may just be the best decklist I've ever read!

Bravo! I definitely like Norin the Wary. Mad props for using him as a general, and finding a way to make it work in Mono-red. Do you think you can squeeze in a Kher Keep? That'd be fun with Confusion in the Ranks.

And now, for a shameless plug for my own deck strongly featuring Norin the Wary (link). It is way less cool, and uses Reaper King as a General.

Kher Keep is exactly along the lines of thought i like.
Not only does it synergize with annoying card no. 1, but it provides fodder for the skullclamp engine and for the various other token-based cards.

What about Tuktuk Scrapper in place of (or concurrent with) Manic Vandal? It's tutorable with both your primary tutors, instead of just the Recruiter.

Oh wow, this actually looks, well nearly good.
My friend has a Norin deck full of coin flipping and Goblin Game type nonsence. I'm not sure he actually has a way to win although I think he's managed to get one or two concessions.

I always think people arte stupid when they tell me chandra ablaze is bad. they don't understand the multiple angles her wheel effect works on. and just nailing something for 4 isn't too bad either.
I can count the times I've ultimated on one hand though. tell your play group to man up, cuz its a mono red for heaven sakes!

I cannot believe i missed this. It's going in without question.

I'm also considering dropping Hoard-Smelter Dragon (not doing enough, my other artifact hate takes care of problems anyways) for Stingscourger. Not only is it highly annoying, but it triggers other highly annoying cards (Goblin Assassin, Genesis Chamber)and makes even more highly annoying cards better(Kiki-Jiki, The Tutors).

I know there aren't any alternatives for Imperial Recruiter but if I can't get a hold of it, what else can I run on that slot?

Goblin Recruiter, while not the best alternative, is sadly the best alternative. It whiffs on many of the must have answers you'd rather have, it also places the card(s) on top, so opens you up for mill/tuck/shuffle hate, but it's the only feasible red tutor that requires your opponent to interact with you to mess up that hasn't been used yet.

Updated completely to it's current form - this list was out of date by a couple months.

My suggestions are:

Thieves' Auction
Scrambleverse
Brand
Citanul Flute
Mindmoil
Krark's Thumb

I ran Krark's Thumb for the longest time, and still occasionally re-add Thieves' Auction in when I'm feeling particularly nasty that day. The Thumb was just a dead card too many times, and I already have Krark's Middle Finger installed anyways, why beat a dead goblin further?

As for your other suggestions:

Scrambleverse is too random. Though initially I thought it to be an autoinclude... There is a chance you can end up with nothing, or too little. While this IS a chaos deck, winning is one of the goals, I don't run chaos just to screw with people, I do it with purpose.

Mindmoil is something I considered, having run it to good effect in a Jaya Ballard deck. However, I don't think this sort of soft draw is what I need. It makes my hand far too random to be played well, I'm planning out my moves, even with Puzzle Box. Having to play a spell and then drawing a new hand makes this sort of playstyle worthless.

Citanul Flute is, in my opinion, far too expensive. Say we want to tutor for Goblin Settler - To do it with this, i'd need to first play 5 mana for the spell, then another 4 to tutor for it, then once more, four mana to play it. That's 13 mana. On the otherhand, Mogg Catcher allows me to do the same for only 7 mana, and is itself tutorable. Which is better?

Brand - I like this card, and has the potential to be a real blowout. However, in testing, it didn't do nearly what I wanted. 90% of the time it was strictly better to just cycle it.

Keep suggestions coming!
