My first take a building an EDHCommander deck. I tried to keep a loose zombie theme with Lord of Tresserhorn at the helm. In the limited number of games I got to play with it seems to be working okay, but I'm open for suggestions.

17x Swamp
Snow-Covered Swamp
Blackcleave Cliffs

Considering that Lord of Tresserhorn is probably the worst commander to have to play multiple times in a game I'd definitely dedicate a few cards to keeping him protected. Lightning Greaves is always an obvious choice, but anything that can give him shroud or Indestructibility is good. Shield of Kaldra for example.

Hey thanks! I do like the idea of a 10/4 indestructible zombie!

Lord Of Tresserhorn was one of my favorite cards when it first came out I still have my deck which I messed around with not to long ago. I try to stay away from cards that cost more then four. So for creatures to sack I added two Sengir Autocrat which come into play with three 0/1 creatures including himself and Kher Keep to put out some more creatures to sack or block, I put in four Lotus Petal for mana and then two Leyline of Anticipation with four Crumbling Necropolis so then you can play the lands on your opponents turn and untap them on your upcoming turn. I also put in four Trickbind or Stifle to all together cancel out the added cost to play Lord of Tresserhorn, no life paid, no cards for other player and no creatures sacked. Plus I added four Black Vise and four howling mines plus two Shah of Naar Isle to make the other player not even want to draw any cards at all. Now if that didn't destroy your opponent play a few enchantments on him to go in for the kill such as Fists of the Demigod or Clout of the Dominus nothing like having a 14/8 Zombie Lord with regeneration, wither, shroud, haste, and first strike for an added three mana.

Unfortunately Galamoth, as this is a singleton format, a lot of your reccomendations aren't really applicable (with respect to the numbers of a lot of the cards you suggested).

The idea of generating more mana is always good and stuff like Ravnica signets, Coalition Relic, Prismatic Lens and the like are all great ways to speed up when you're playing your general with regen mana up etc.

I also think you need to have more guys that produce multiple creatures so that you'll actually be able to play your General without having to sac him to his own ability. I'm thinking of guys like Siege-Gang Commander, Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder, Sengir Autocrat and things like that. Also, Bloodghast and Ichorid are both more creatures that can return themselves from the grave after they've been sacrificed for some benefit. Most of the "Other Creatures" (with the exception of Grave Titan) seem pretty weak and should be taken out.

Sorry for not autocarding but I'm at work!! I may edit the post later!

Good luck!

Sengir Autocrat is a good suggestion, especially since I already own it and it currently collecting dust. My Grave Pact comes in the form of Butcher of Malakir, but since Butcher of Malakir tends to die pretty quickly having the same effect as an enchantment sounds good. If Bloodghast goes down in price I it would be a good replacement for Drudge Skeletons.

The deck had a few tweaks since it was last posted. Here is an updated list:
