When everybody decides to switch to blue-based anti-fun control decks (or is playing cutthroat combo decks), this is deck I usually decide to roll with. Since I'm the most high powered person at the table, it reminds people of how unfun it is to play land-go then have a 3-4 person counter flurry. This was my second EDH deck and I still have a special place in my heart for it, but since many of the locals hate it (for good reason) I drag it out rarely. The general damage threat that Jenara represent at such a cheap cost often means that I can take out a player or two quickly or force them to burn their removal/counters early. I do, however, need to find room for a Terastodon and Oracle of Mul Daya; any suggestions of what to cut for them would be peachy. I'm not sure Marshall's Anthem has been pulls its weight with so few creatures, but it's always seemed to be effective when I had it.

The local meta mostly consists of 5-6 player Sheriff or 5 player Pentagram/Star with the occasional 1v1. Occasionally, there will be a 3 or 4 way free for all. For the most part, most players are competitive--as compared to cutthroat or casual. While combo isn't entirely frowned upon, for the most part players tend to stay away from them in favor of more interesting, more social and more fair games. As well, mass LD is mostly frowned upon.

I for the most part like to play fair aggro-control 'good stuff' type decks that have lots of options and various lines of play. Even if there are crazy available combos (e.g Mikaeus-Primus), I tend to not use them. Don't expect to be seeing plays like Terastodon to mana cripple a player.

I think you could add a little recursion, All Suns' Dawn, Restock and Genesis are good choices to start. I'd cut a couple of counterspells and either Memnarch (I think he's not as valuable in your deck as in mono-artifacts) or Time Stretch.

Bumpdate. Looking for suggestions for what to cut for Terastodon and Oracle of Mul Daya.
