Comments/Notes:
Play lots of morphs and lots of mind games with your table. Has a huge number of bounce spells both because that's how mono-blue deals with permanents, but also to bounce my morphs once they've done their thing Notably, this is perhaps my only deck where Torpor Orb doesn't hurt me, which is why it's in here. Also I will never not point out that Coral Trickster's face up ability is Twiddle - and Coral Trickster's flavour text is "They Wait In Darkened Depths, Laughing Eagerly". Lots of fun, especially with both Dream Chisel and Semblance Anvil out at the same time (free morphs!). Has trouble closing out games though. And yes, it has the Brine Elemental/Vesuvan Shapeshifter combo.. when I need it, I use it.

Riptide Lab came out to go into my Inalla Wizards deck. I'm not proud that I took Ixidor's Will out of Ixidor's deck and will probably put it back in again soon.

Possible additions:

Willbender (it's basically not in here because "It's always Willbender" - except when it can't be ) It's probably too good not to include though

After seeing Scornful Egotist I realized just how many of the morph creatures have a much bigger CMC than their morph cost, which made me think this might be the deck for Hedron Matrix, Homarid Spawning Bed, Juxtapose, Psychic Battle, Research the Deep, Ugin's Insight, and Whirlpool Whelm

I've never tried a morph build in EDH, but in my 60-card morph deck, Wall of Deceit does some neat stuff, mainly triggering "whenever a card turns face up" type effects over and over.

I'd definitely run Thousand Winds - it's an on-theme semi-sweeper.

Yeah I don't have a Thousand Winds (but will probably get one) as it seems really good and is a decent body (which this deck could do with more of)

Wall of Deceit is interesting but there's only two cards currently that care about when a creature is turned face up (Aphetto Runecaster and Unblinking Bleb) so it's probably not enough to matter. What other cards are you running in your 60-card that care about flipping up?

This is insanity. It's like you've gone out of your way to avoid all the coolest morphs!

I don't own a Prodigy, but it should probably go in here. Entrancer I'm not completely sold on (it's the sacrifice ability that does it - and getting in past a creature I want to take can be an issue).

Stratus Dancer seems solid.

Well, it's U/G, so Trail of Mystery and... the U/G enchantment that does what Runecaster does. Drawing a blank on the name. Also Temur War Shaman is a thing.

Well that doesn't help me much does it?

Wall of Deceit can stay out.
