Frontline Medic would fit, as would Vigor I guess.

Ixalan added some good Enrage cards to make me rebuild this deck. Hopefully Rivals adds some more.

OP has current decklist

I'm going to try to figure out some more damage/value engines but this is all I have time for.

I guess I'm ok with infinite combos in here.

I wonder if there's some sort of Pyrohemia / Lifeline / Enrage "never-ending pain" engine here?

Hmmm, probably not with Lifeline. I actually considered that card for a bit.

There's a janky combo with one of the Enrage token producers + Indestructible + Purphuros + Goblin Bombardment

I suppose I could do Avacyn + Pyrohemia + Phyrexian Altar + + Pariah + token Enrage + other Enragers

I think I'm ok with any of these convoluted combos. I would be ok with more.

Akoum Hellkite goes pretty ham with an indestructible Ranging Raptors

Nahiri's Machinations is an underrated source of indestructibility that also can ping your guys if you block with them.

Akoum Hellkite is pretty good! Expensive though I'll see if there's another 6+ drop I can change it with.

Nahiri's Machinations is beautiful. Definitely finding a spot for that. The indestructible is until end of turn for second main shenanigans!

I feel like Akroma's Memorial actually turns off a lot of the interactions in this deck. Unlike with indestructible, with protection from red the damage is never actually dealt.

That's a good point. It does make a good finisher though. Maybe I'll drop it for Akoum Hellkite.

Mana Echoes makes sure you'll always have all the mana you need for Marath activations.

Have you considered Warstorm Surge?

It gets infinite etbs/ltbs with the new Polyraptor.

Other combos it would have in your deck:
Sprouting Phytohydra + Mirari's Wake
Rite of Passage + Any card that makes 1/1s when it gets damaged.

Also with Marath you can make the tokens and still get the damage.

When I had Ulasht, the Hate Seed as the general of my hydra deck, I used that card to create infinite tokens with Sprouting Phytohydra and Eldrazi Monument and then make an infinitely large Ulasht.

heh, Aether Flash + Polyraptor + Warstorm Surge.

I should probably put Warstorm Surge in.

All those others are already in

When I read this thread's title, all I can think of is this;

I know this doesn't contribute anything. Sorry.
