This is my mono-green devotion deck... it does green stuff like make creatures and attack with them. It's got some druid elements to it, and no shamans are allowed! (My Wort deck is mostly shamans... I loan out decks a fair amount, so druids vs. shamans is a regular battle.) So there's some obvious stuff like Eternal Witness and Ulvenwald Tracker that's not in this deck.

One drops
Fyndhorn Elves
Elvish Mystic
Arbor Elf
Llanowar Elves
Birds of Paradise

3 drops
Commander: Seton, Krosan Protector

5 drops
Nessian Game Warden
Ant Queen
Baru, Fist of Krosa
Silverglade Elemental
Indrik Stomphowler
Conclave Naturalists
Acidic Slime
Seedguide Ash
Arbor Colossus
Khalni Hydra (basically)

Other ok creatures
Magus of the Library
Voyaging Satyr
Predator Ooze
Karametra's Acolyte
Wolfbriar Elemental
Brutalizer Exarch
Hydra Broodmaster
Bane of Progress
Soul of the Harvest
Nacatl War-Pride
Cloudthresher
Kamahl, Fist of Krosa
Primalcrux
Regal Force
Garruk's Horde
Pelakka Wurm
Hornet Queen
Avenger of Zendikar
Craterhoof Behemoth

Not creatures
Expedition Map
Rancor
Helix Pinnacle
Night Soil
Gaea's Touch
Blanchwood Armor
Beastmaster Ascension
Greater Good
Garruk Wildspeaker
Garruk, Primal Hunter

Instants + Sorceries
Aspect of Hydra
Primal Bellow
Spore Cloud
Hurricane
Setessan Tactics
Chord of Calling
Hunting Wilds
Reap and Sow
Skyshroud Claim
Ranger's Path
Harmonize
Creeping Renaissance
Collective Unconscious
Boundless Realms
Howl of the Night Pack
Praetor's Counsel

Lands
Temple of the False God
Mosswort Bridge
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
Tectonic Edge
Rogue's Passage
Homeward Path
...forests...

No shortage of other good cards that could potentially go in.

I may start sharpie-ing Devo jello-mold-hats from the "Whip It" video onto my guys.

I like your commander for this deck.

Where's Nylea, God of the Hunt?

Creatures with Monstrosity seem like a good fit. How about Hydra Broodmaster or Polukranos?

Primalcrux is on theme, but admittedly just a beater. Ditto for Reverent Hunter.

Your deck seems like it wants mana sinks. Arashi, the Sky Asunder might be good.

Surprised at the lack of Green Sun's Zenith.

Not sure if Dryad Arbor counts towards devotion but if it does then you should play it.

Since you're mono green you're probably gonna need creature removal:
Setessan Tactics
Ulvenwald Tracker

Also consider:
Omnath
Elvish Archdruid
Gilt-leaf Archdruid
Rofellos,

I'm going to second Celerus's suggestions. You can make a lot of mana, but I don't feel like this deck really rewards you all that much for it.

Also, Staff of Domination should be in here. You can go infinite with it and Karametra's Acolyte, but past that it seems fine.

I would suggest finding room for Sylvan Scrying in order to increase your chances of finding and grabbing Nykthos.

Also, why Silverglade Elemental and not Wood Elves?

Beast Within and Rain of Thorns are also great removal in green.

Also needs Eternal Witness.

Yavimaya Elder is a green staple.

Not sure I like Foster in your deck. You don't have much in they way graveyard recursion, like Elixir of Immortality. Therefore it makes you particularly vulnerable to graveyard removal. Skull Clamp is probably a better choice if you need card draw.

As long as I'm updating decks...

Out: Gyre Sage, Scryb Ranger, Brooding Saurian, Nylea's Disciple, Spike Weaver, Wolfir Silverheart, Swiftfoot Boots, Sylvan Library, Foster, Primal Order, Epic Struggle, Grim Flowering, Wrap in Vigor, Molimo, Maro-Sorcerer, Creeping Corrosion, Deadwood Treefolk

In: Birds of Paradise, Conclave Naturalists, Helix Pinnacle, Blanchwood Armor, Beastmaster Ascension, Primal Bellow, Setessan Tactics, Chord of Calling, Hunting Wilds, Reap and Sow, Creeping Renaissance, Collective Unconscious, Hydra Broodmaster, Bane of Progress, Soul of the Harvest, Nacatl War-Pride

Possibly for the future: Exploration, Green Sun's Zenith, Dryad Arbor, Explosive Vegetation (can't believe this wasn't in the deck already  ), Caller of the Claw, Fresh Meat, Whisperwood Elemental, Murasa Greenwarden, Sylvan Scrying, Crop Rotation

Possible for the chopping block: Magus of the Library, Helix Pinnacle, Hurricane, Collective Unconscious, Predator Ooze, Gaea's Touch

I could run more tutors, and mono-green can get a lot of work out of Staff, but I dunno if I want to.

'Cause with Seton you don't have to run Wood Elves. Wood Elves is one of those staple filler cards that shows up in a lot of green decks 'cause it's reasonably useful and efficient (same as Kodama's Reach and several other 3cc ramp spells). With Seton as my general, I can skip all of those cards and play more fun cards that do stuff.

I think my reasoning at the time was they have exactly the same effect, but one costs less. I suppose Shamanic Revelation can't go in, can it?

Tornado and Desert Twister are both good removal cards that you should have no problems affording to cast/activate. I tend to play them in monogreen just for the versatility and the wtf-factor of green permanent removal.

Maybe some of the cards from the Towers-cycle? Tower of Fortunes is obviously the best, but Tower of Calamities could be good too. I found them pretty useful in big mana decks.

What's up with the 1 drops, 3 drops, 5 drops, other, deck list format? I thought at first maybe it was druids and non-druids, but I quickly found that was not the case, and then I noticed that there are even cards like Predator Ooze (clearly a 3 drop) in the "other" section... so what's going on here?
