Updates after some more play throughs :
Out :
Shambling Shell - Putting to many useful cards in graveyard off Dredge
Renegade Krasis - Tired of getting this late game, only good early/mid
Golgari Decoy - .....cost way to much on both ends, would rather play taunting Elf
Sakura-Tribe Elder - After sac, its scavenge cost for 1 counter is really...depressing.
Shriekmaw - Decent but cost wise and scavenge wise its a little iffy casting.
Necrogensis - nice 2 drop, but really didn't find myself using it right.
Go for the Throat - just cutting at the moment for other testing.
In :
Mephidross Vampire - 6 Drop, but not bad, and good with skullbriar and others.
Yavimaya Elder - Needed back some ramp.
Death's Shadow - As many times as I used
Jarad's Orders I wish I would have had this or a
Phyrexian Dreadnought to dump into my graveyard.
Perilous Forays - beneficial sac outlet.
Attrition - another beneficial sac outlet
Phyrexian Reclamation - Want to really experiment this with
Death's Presence.
Birthing Pod - yet another beneficial sac outlet.
I've got a chance to experiment while playing and it is awesome with this new style it just has its kinks. More sac outlets seems appropriate. There was times I wish I had, had something to go off of after a block other than just ( O , there I blocked good bye creature ) Yes I if I have Varolz out the scavenge ability could go off, but I want a little bit more off my creatures dying. Basically the dream setup would be having
Death's Presence out with Varolz, and being able to block and activate
Perilous Forays , or
Attrition or
Birthing Pod.
@Celerus - Yeap High Market is better in Skullbriar than Miren lol. Proxied Miren a few plays just to try and see it in an actual scenario. It works wonders in my Omnath ( mana loaded from hell ), but I've decided to roll with High Market in Skullbriar.
So more testing will be occurring. Will update after more games in the future.
