Looks like a pretty sweet Kaalia list. I know from experience that Stronghold Overseer isn't worth it, aside from playing Chromatic Lantern anyway. My breakout play is Thundermaw Hellkite, since with enough flying power you can easily smash a guy out of the game unless he's got any reachy men.

This isn't really... your sort of deck though, is it? There doesn't seem to be any crazy ass greifer stuff or combos anywhere... If I'm missing something can you point it out for me? Karmic Guide is normally the combo culprit but for the life of me I can't see any here. Good with Kokusho.

I'll most likely remove Stronghold Overseer from the list and replace it with some more card-advantage related removal. (I'm thinking Void might be a strong possibility here.) As for not having any "crazy ass greifer" cards or combo potential...
I have 9 decks right now...they go like this:
Rayne - Control + Infinite Time Stop/Mana/Capsize/Memnarch Combo
Azusa - Infinite Life/Creatures/Destruction/Exile/Tuck Combo
Damia - Doubling Cube + Mass Mana Rock + Mutliple Genesis Waves
Kiki-Jiki - Random Red Shenenagins + Greifing + Conscripts (not really an "agro deck" however.
Lady Evangela - Fog Lands + Card Drawing/Blowing Up/Tutoring Fatties + Wraths
Xaihou Dun - "Praetor's Grasp All The Things" Combo + Infinite Mana + Infinite Life + Infinite Search + Infinite Kokoshu/Exsanguinate + Contamination
Trostroni - White/Green Good Stuff Control (no real win condition other then a slow grind...)
Xira - A "Jank" deck, my worst deck that is just random cards of the three colors I had availible. Not a good deck, doesn't aggro, or combo or control. Just sits there and takes it...
Thrax - Wins mostly off general damage and having to much removal. Not a true "Agro" deck as it focuses on card advantage first and connecting with Thrax second.

Decks in the works:
Horobi - Greifer deck, has no solid win condition other then opponents flipping the table(s) to get at me and tear my head from my shoulders.
Mono-White - All the good white legends and beaters to just sit back and let everyone else go at everyone else while I sit behind a wall of Elspeth indistructible-emlbem, board wipes, fat flying angels, exile removal, and maze lands. Doesn't have a plan other then that. (Also, has a few tax effects just to be a dick.)

Then, we get to Kaalia, the only deck I've ever designed top -> down to be "aggro". Or the closest approximation I can get to it. I could add Desolation Angel in...but having been the victim of that once, I have no desire to force my opponents to feel that helpless either.

Hmmm, for aggro you want faster Kaalia's. So you want turn two mana rocks if you can help it. Kaalia landing a turn earlier means Akroma or Avacyn coming down on turn 4, on the nut draw turn 3 but that involves some Sol Ring shenanigans. Fervor also works for a turn 4 attacking Kaalia and also synergizes with a lot of the big fat beaters K-dawg wants to play.

Oh and if you're looking for more good arti/ench removal then Orim's Thunder is your spell.

I did a dozen or so games on cockatrice with mana rocks added...and I don't like it.

Sure its faster to get kaalia out (sometimes turn 2, but 70% of the time its on turn 3)...but the quality of the draws...its awful.) A turn 2 or 3 Kaalia is fine...if I can back it up with creatures in hand for her to poop out...

Tutor package? I tried stacking the deck full of big men myself, but that sort of draw can be countered by one removal spell. Having Kaalia shot sets you back three turns without a haste enabler (two if she gets Path of Exiled). And trust me anyone who's seen Kaalia crap out Avacyn will shoot her first chance they get.

Grand Abolisher is a card I play to avoid that. It doesn't stop people killing her on their own turn after she hits the board, but at least they can't wait until you primary main phase. You could also try to find room for a tutor package, which can be a fatty when you need one or a wrath or something if you fall behind. Of course multiple tutors and Iona, Shield of Emeria would be pretty douchey, but with this toolbox Iona isn't always a first grab.

I once heard tell of a guy who played his Kaalia in a similar manner to how some people approach Oros, the Avenger with a straight up WMD sweeper deck. The idea was to survive into the end game with a bunch of mana rocks after wrathing to keep up the card advantage using black to keep him in cards, then slap down Kaalia and use her to double play fatties. In terms of a 'card advantage' build then this could be more you? If so I recommend Ryusei, the Falling Star, Promise of Power, Molten Disaster or Earthquake and Damnation. And probably Unburial Rites, just in case.

Yeah, it's a pretty solid list, but your mana curve is insane. How are you going to protect yourself when Kaalia gets condemned and you don't have the mana to hard-cast any of your fatties?

If you don't want mana rocks, you could at least add stuff like Expedition Map, Armillary Sphere, Wayfarer's Bauble, Solemn Simulacrum etc. to ensure you've got enough lands out.

I'd also consider a couple defensive enchantments like No Mercy and Lightmine Field to discourage people from hitting you.

-Angel of Serenity; it might be very good in standard but after some consideration, I don't think it is quite what I want in EDH. (also...expensive)
-Chancellor of the Annex; Just not good enough, I guess.
-Admonition Angel; Requiring and/or relying on landfall; and my group has a huge number of ETB effects...in the end, scraping it.

+Expedition Map (grabs Vault, Kor, Maze, etc..)
+Armillary Sphere (thins by two...maybe a better option some where else..)
+Wayfarer's Bauble (accelerates via land drop)

All can be sun titaned too.

Hmmmm, I just took apart my Kaalia deck for some new irritation I am working on.

Where is the card advantage? From not having to cast creatures?

Restoration Angel needs to be in here. She saves Kaalia in combat or out of it. Also useful for flipping your demons or dragons (tap down a bunch of flyng attackers with Thundermaw).

The card advantage comes from the creatures having relevant abilities that generate cards/tokens; destroy opponent's resources or allow me to gain an advantage that is oriented towards my group (life gain at the moment, as general damage and "instant wins" seem to be rare at the moment.)

However, I expect a few black/white and red/white angels to make appearances in Gatecrash, and the 3rd set; which will likely result in the replacement of a few cards here and there.

I'd also like to find a good ETB creature replacement for a few of the sorcieres/instants.

Do you have Maze of Ith or Mystifying Maze in this deck? (You mentioned Maze in a reply, but I didn't see it in the list.) They're handy for resetting Kaalia so you don't suicide her into blockers, and they let her cheat in Sunblast Angel.

And if you wanted more fatties, you could swap out a few board-wipe sorceries. There are a ton of creature based ways to control the board: Scourge of Kher Ridge, Reiver Demon, Havoc Demon, or Kagemaro, First to Suffer...

There will be a Kor Haven and Mystifying Maze for sure, I don't have an extra Maze of ith though.

It might be funny to try Sorrows Path though...but it would kill Kaalia every time if it isn't indistructible or get a boost somehow. Maybe I'll find room for General Jarkeld.
