I feel like I need to cut a plains and/or a forest to get the everything just right--ie not too much land. I would like to find room for Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant, Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Eight-and-a-Half-Tails; other than a land and Yosei, I'm not quite sure what to cut though. Yosei can be good, but without an easy way to control when his ability goes off his value drops significantly. Any suggestions for the third card to cut? Melira, Sylvok Outcast would be in but there isn't any real poison in my meta.

The local meta mostly consists of 5-6 player Sheriff or 5 player Pentagram/Star with the occasional 1v1. Occasionally, there will be a 3 or 4 way free for all. For the most part, most players are competitive--as compared to cutthroat or casual. While combo isn't entirely frowned upon, for the most part players tend to stay away from them in favor of more interesting, more social and more fair games. As well, mass LD is mostly frowned upon.

I for the most part like to play fair aggro-control 'good stuff' type decks that have lots of options and various lines of play. Even if there are crazy available combos (e.g Saffi-Lark-Guide), I tend to not use them. Don't expect to be seeing plays like Kamahl and Elesh Norn armageddon or Terastodon to mana cripple a player.

I'd probably take out:

Jedit Ojanen of Efrava- kinda meh
World Queller- It's just inconvenient and tends to piss people off.
Hokori, Dust Drinker- Might win you a few games but will probably piss people off.
Arashi, the Sky Asunder- Very narrow in use
Avacyn's Pilgrim- Rather play something that fetches a land
Llanowar Elves- same as above

You might want more card draw.

Greater Good- Absolutely. Fantastic. With Melira, Sylvok Outcast you can sac Woodfall Primus to it as much as you wish, infinite card draw and non-creature perm removal.
Inheritance- Re useable draw is good
Soul's Majesty-Have to be careful not to be 2 for oned but still one of my favs
Hunter's Insight-same as above
Inheritance-

i know that they're silly expensive, but you should try to track down a Gaea's Cradle if you can, it's completely worth it. Also Vorinclex is amazing, and Solemn is always worth it :D

Jedit's been a super star as he draws removal/mass removal like a champ because like 90% of the decks I play vs play forests. World Queller has been right in that middle zone between awesome and terrible, but every time I'm about to cut him he does something awesome like kill 3 Sol Rings in a turn. Yah, Arashi's right on the line for me. The Mana dorks are 1/2 way there as well but when you get them turn 1 they just really change the speed of the game but wraths do kinda suck.

I actually haven't had a major issue with card draw mostly because of Sisay. That said, I'd probably add in the Soul's Majesty Garruk before anything else. Greater Good can be great, but you can also just wind through cards really quick; I've just never been as much of a fan of it as many are here. That said, it's a permanent and I see the real bonuses it can have; I'll have to check my creatures powers again though.

Cradle and the ilk just draws too much hate and rarely do i need more than 3-4 creatures at once. Vorinclex is so borderline in though; he's sooo tempting to do awesome stuff with. I forgot Genesis Wave which should 100% be in the deck since like 90% of the deck is permanents.

Any other suggestions?

I ran my Sisay with the Kaldra Equipments(always searched the shield first). Together they are amazing and are pretty awesome by themselves. But drawing 9 cards for 1 mana always felt good.

Just made a Sisay deck and I find the first guy I'm tutoring for is Omnath, Locus of Mana. The ability to rollover my green mana makes it that much faster to tutor for and cast Kozilek, Butcher of Truths.

I also like Junktroller to get my dead legends back in the deck so I can summon them to do my bidding repeatedly (also has the ability to tuck any graveyard shenanigans). I hope to get Wheel of Sun and Moon for the same effect and to discourage any wannabe grave robbers in my graveyard.

Update bump. Needs a card to cut in addition to a basic land and Yosei.
